You made us for yourself, that we should travel with you
and see you at last in your unveiled beauty
where you are light and happiness and endless home.

Curriculum Night
St. Mark CES’ Curriculum Night will take place on Thursday, September 21st from 6:30-7:30pm. This evening is an opportunity for parents and guardians to learn about the curriculum that will be taught for their child’s grade.
Below is the format for the evening:
6:30 – 6:40pm: Welcome and opening remarks in the gymnasium
6:45 – 7:05pm: Classroom visit #1
7:10 – 7:30pm: Classroom visit #2
Parents and guardians may wish to divide their time in order to attend different classrooms / itinerant teacher rooms.
Information regarding room locations will be made available on Curriculum night.

Catholic School Council
As previously communicated, the nomination process for Catholic School Council is underway.
If you would like to put your name forward, please call the school office for a declaration package. It may be sent home with your child, or you may choose to pick up a package in the main office. You may also access the package using the link below.

Terry Fox Run
A reminder that Mark CES students in Kindergarten to Grade 6 will participate in the Terry Fox Run on Tuesday, September 19th. Students will be running/walking around the school property.
Students are encouraged to bring in a Toonie for Terry. Parents and guardians may also wish to make a donation on our school’s fundraising page. Visit: https://schools.terryfox.ca/StMarkSchoolStouffville. Our fundraising goal is $1000. Thank you for your generosity.
St. Mark Spirit Wear
We are very excited this year to offer the opportunity to purchase St. Mark spirit wear through Varsity Canada’s dedicated e-store.
Our web campaign is open from Sunday, September 17th to Friday, September 29th, 2023. Orders placed during this period will be delivered at no charge to the school, by November 6th, 2023.
